Free samples are always available! Our traditional fruit cake is deliciously moist, made to the same recipe as all our Royal presented cakes. Made with the finest ingredients, our delicious rich recipe includes a generous mixture of currants, sultanas, cherries and walnuts. Each cake is matured for 6 months in Dark Caribbean Navy Rum.

The cakes are covered in the finest white Belgian marzipan, light in flavour. Finally covered in a soft cutting ‘roll-out’ icing or coated in traditional ‘Royal Icing’.
